Once upon a time, Barbara Norton actually lived in a haunted house.  OK, it wasn't haunted THAT much but it now serves as the setting for the first novel, Ghost Child, in the young adult Paranormal Club adventure series.

But does she really believe in ghosts?  We should also mention that she has a chemistry degree so her books have one foot in the world of ghostly beings and the other in the scientific world.  Are the strange things Jenny and her friends encounter really ghosts or can they be explained by science?  The reader will have to decide for himself/herself.

 Since she has been to Africa, Borneo, Peru, England, the Galapagos, Rwanda, Siberia and many other strange and exciting places and also traveled extensively in the U. S.,  she has a rich background to use in her writings for young adults.  Who knows where the Paranormal Club will find itself for its next adventure?  Stay tuned to find out.

She also has co-authored a best-selling book with her writer/photographer husband, Boyd Norton, called Backroads of Colorado, still in print many years after it was first published by Rand McNally.
